ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the shareholder and Executive BoD member, Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, proceeded on 12/03/09 to the purchase of 300 (three hundred) common shares at the price of 3.28 euros (three euros and twenty eight cents) of total value 984 euros (nine hundred and eighty four euros) and on 13/03/09 to the purchase of 300 (three hundred) common shares at the price of 3.36 euros (three euros and thirty six cents) of total value 1,008 euros (one thousand and eight euros).
