The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 the following:
- Mr. Antonios Agiostratitis son of Miltiadis, “Other Manager” of the Company, proceeded on 14/03/11 to the purchase of 1,000 (one thousand) common shares at the price of 3.13 euros (three euro and thirteen cents) of total value 3,130 euros (three thousand one hundred and thirty euros).
- Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 15/03/11 to the purchase of 1,000 (one thousand) common shares at the price of 3.09 euros (three euros and nine cents) of total value 3,090 euros (three thousand and ninety euros).
