SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 the following Mrs. Elpiniki Saranti,, person connected to the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis, proceeded on 18/03/09 to the purchase of 20,000 (twenty thousand) common shares at the average price of 3.20 euros (three euros and twenty cents) of total value 63,964.36 euros (sixty three thousand nine hundred sixty four and thirty six euros).
