ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:
- Mrs. Mara Vokou, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 20/03/13 to the sale of 980 common shares at the price of 4.34 euros of total value 4,256.50 euros and on 21/03/13 to the sale of 1.019 common shares at the price of 4.38 euros of total value 4.463,72 euros.
- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 21/03/13 to the sale of 1,500 common shares at the price of 4.34 euros of total value 6,489 euros and on 22/03/13 to the sale of 143 common shares at the price of 4.34 euros of total value 620.62 euros.
