ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that:
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis son of Pantazis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 31/03/09 to the purchase of 25,000 (twenty five thousand) common shares at the price of 2.74 euros (two euros and seventy four cents) of total value 68,600 euros (sixty eight thousand and six hundred euros).
- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, member of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 30/03/09 to the purchase of 400 (four hundred) common shares at the price of 2.78 euros (two euros and seventy eight cents) of total value 1,112 euros (one thousand one hundred and twelve euros).
- Mrs. Elpiniki Saranti, person connected to the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis, proceeded on 30/03/09 to the purchase of 20,000 (twenty thousand) common shares at the price of 2.79 euros (two euros and seventy nine cents) of total value 55,899.94 euros (fifty five thousand eight hundred ninety nine euros and ninety four cents) and on 31/03/09 to the purchase of 30,000 (thirty thousand) common shares at the price of 2.62 euros (two euros and sixty two cents) of total value 78,600 euros (seventy eight thousand and six hundred euros).
