Announcement of regulated information according to the L.3556
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that:
- Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 01/04/14 to the sale of 5,000 common shares at the average price of 7.80 euros of total value 39,000 euros.
- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 01/04/14 to the sale of 1,000 common shares in total at the price of 7.71 euros of total value 7,707.50 euros.
- Mrs. Anastasia-Stavroula Latsou, Senior Manager of the Group proceeded on 01/04/14 to the sale of 1,000 common shares in total at the price of 7.83 euros of total value 7,830.50 euros.
- Mr. Michal Czajka, General Manager of a subsidiary company of Sarantis Group, proceeded on 31/03/14 to the sale of 2,000 common shares in total at the price of 7.50 euros of total value 15,000 euros.
