ANNOUNCEMENT

• The shareholder and Non-Executive BoD member, Ms Aikaterini Saranti of Pantazis, proceeded on 8/04/08 to the purchase of 50,000 (fifty thousand) common shares at the price of 11 euros (eleven euros) of total value 550,000 euros (five hundred fifty thousand euros).

• Ms. Androniki Syropoulou daughter of Stylianos, shareholder and “Other Manager” (according to a.13 of the L.3340), proceeded on 4/04/08 to the sale of 16,000 (sixteen thousand) common shares at the average price of 10.76 euros (ten euros and seventy six cents) of total value 172,127.70 euros (one hundred seventy two thousand one hundred twenty seven euros and seventy cents).

• Mr. Efstathios Christopoulos son of Aggelos, shareholder and “Other Manager” of the Company (according to a.13 of the L.3340), proceeded on 8/04/08 to the sale of 2,000 (two thousand) common shares at the price of 11 euros (eleven euros) of total value 22,000 euros (twenty two thousand euros).
