SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mrs. Elpiniki Saranti, person connected to the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis, proceeded on 08/04/09 to the purchase of 7,500 (seven thousand five hundred) common shares at the price of 2.50 euros (two euros and fifty cents) of total value 18,766.28 euros (eighteen thousand seven hundred sixty six euros and twenty eight cents) and on 09/04/09 to the purchase of 17,000 (seventeen thousand) common shares at the price of 2.73 euros (two euros and seventy three cents) of total value 46,343 euros (forty six thousand three hundred and forty three euros).
