The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 09/04/08 to the sale of 105,000 (one hundred and five thousand) common shares at the price of 11.14 euros (eleven euros and fourteen cents) of total value 1,169,700 euros (one million one hundred sixty nine thousand and seventy hundred euros).
