ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 the following:
- Mr. Tilemahos Stefanakis son of Stefanos, shareholder and Regulatory Affairs Manager of the Company proceeded on 15/04/08 to the sale of 1,500 (one thousand and five hundred) common shares at the price of 11.18 euros (eleven euros and eighteen cents) of total value 16,770 euros (sixteen thousand seven hundred and seventy euros).
- Mr. Efstathios Christopoulos son of Aggelos, shareholder and “Other Manager” of the Company (according to a.13 of the L.3340), proceeded on 15/04/08 to the sale of 2,000 (two thousand) common shares at the average price of 11.15 euros (eleven euros and fifteen cents) of total value 22,300 euros (twenty two thousand and three hundred euros).
