The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that:
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis son of Pantazis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 17/04/12 to the purchase of 6,400 common shares at the price of 2.10 euro of total value 13,440.00 euro.
- Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 12/04/12 to the purchase of 810 common shares at the price of 2.053 euro of total value 1,663.00 euro.
