The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 30/04/08 to the purchase of 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand) common shares at the price of 11.10 euros (eleven euros and ten cents) of total value 1,665,000 euros (one million six hundred and sixty five thousand euros).
