Announcement of regulated information according to the L.3556 

 

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 28/04/15 to the sale of 800 common shares at the price of 7.92 euros of total value 6,337 euros and on 30/04/15 to the sale of 500 common shares at the price of 8.05 euros of total value 4,025 euros.

SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Member of the Board, proceeded on September 23rd of 2024 with the purchase of 50,000 common shares in total at the average price of 10.
