The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 28/04/15 to the sale of 800 common shares at the price of 7.92 euros of total value 6,337 euros and on 30/04/15 to the sale of 500 common shares at the price of 8.05 euros of total value 4,025 euros.
