ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE LAW 3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:

• Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 08/05/13 to the purchase of 10,000 common shares at the price of 4.52 euro of total value 45,195.10 euro.
• Mr. Vasilis Meintanis, “Accounting Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 08/05/13 to the sale of 100 common shares at the price of 4.58 euros of total value 458 euros and on 09/05/13 to the sale of 900 common shares at the price of 4.50 euros of total value 4,050 euros.
• Mr. Dimitris Sakkopoulos, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 09/05/13 to the sale of 5,000 common shares at the price of 4.50 euros of total value 22,500 euros.
