ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE LAW 3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:

• Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 09/05/13 to the purchase of 20,000 common shares at the price of 4.57 euro of total value 91,400 euro.
• Mr. Vasilis Meintanis, “Accounting Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 13/05/13 to the sale of 1,000 common shares at the price of 4.50 euros of total value 4,500 euros.
