ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:
- Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 09/05/13 to the purchase of 20,000 common shares at the price of 4.57 euro of total value 91,400 euro.
- Mr. Vasilis Meintanis, “Accounting Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 13/05/13 to the sale of 1,000 common shares at the price of 4.50 euros of total value 4,500 euros.

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, Group Legal Counsel, sold on February 9 th of 2026, 150 common shares at the average price of 14.
