The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the entity “Lenidi SA” proceeded on 23/05/12 to the purchase of 30,000 common shares at the average price of 1.4473 euro per share, a total value of 43,420.00 euro.
In Lenidi SA Chairman of the ΒοD is Mr. Rozakeas Constantine Executive member of the BoD of Gr.Sarantis SA, and beneficial owner is the wife of the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis.
