ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the shareholder and Executive BoD member, Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, proceeded on 30/05/08 to the sale of 400 (four hundred) common shares at the price of 11.94 euros (eleven euros and ninety four cents) of total value 4,776 euros (four thousand seven hundred seventy six euros) and on 02/06/08 to the sale of 200 (two hundred) common shares at the price of 12.10 euros (twelve euros and ten cents) of total value 2,420 euros (two thousand four hundred and twenty euros).
