The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that:
- Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on 02/06/2015 to the sale of 85,000 common shares at the price of 8.05 euros of total value 684,250 euros.
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 02/06/2015 to the sale of 100,000 common shares at the price of 8.05 euros of total value 805,000 euros.
- Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 02/06/15 to the sale of 15,000 common shares at the price of 8.05 euros of total value 120,750 euros.

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, Group Legal Counsel, sold on February 9 th of 2026, 150 common shares at the average price of 14.
