The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Ms. Kalliopi Chalkia daughter of Konstantinos, shareholder and “Other Manager” (according to a.13 of the L.3340), proceeded on 03/06/08 to the sale of 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) common shares at the average price of 12.11 euros (twelve euros and eleven cents) of total value 18,165 euros (eighteen thousand and one hundred sixty five euros).
