ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE LAW 3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the entity “Lenidi SA” proceeded on 24/05/12 to the purchase of 27,275 common shares at the average price of 1.3426 euro per share, a total value of 36,620.25 euro, and on 25/05/12 to the purchase of 12,725 common shares at the average price of 1.3386 euro per share, a total value of 17,033.50 euro.

In Lenidi SA Chairman of the ΒοD is Mr. Rozakeas Constantine Executive member of the BoD of Gr.Sarantis SA, and beneficial owner is the wife of the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis. We note that Mr. Pantazis Sarantis resigned from his position as Non Executive Member of the Board on June 1^st 2012.
