The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 11/07/08 to the purchase of 6,000 (six thousand) common shares at the average price of 9.83 euros (nine euros and eighty three cents) of total value 58,955.80 euros (fifty eight thousand nine hundred fifty five and eighty euros).
