The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces that, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, its shareholder and Non-Executive BoD member, Ms Aikaterini Saranti of Pantazis, proceeded on 11/07/07 to the purchase of 10,742 (ten thousand and seven hundred and forty two) common shares at the price of 10.39 euros (ten euros and thirty nine cents) of total value 111,582 euros (one hundred eleven thousand and five hundred and eighty two euros).
