The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that on 17/07/2014 Mr. Konstantinos Rozakeas, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Group, and Mr. Nikos Evangelou, Deputy Managing Director and Commercial Director of the Group (persons subject to transactions notification according to a.13 of L.3340) acquired 12,500 Sarantis shares (treasury shares) each, in the context of the Company’s stock option plan, at the price of 0.01 eur per share.
