The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 04/08/11 to the sale of 6,575 (six thousand five hundred and seventy five) common shares at the price of 2.90 euros (two euros and ninety cents) of total value 19,067.50 euros (nineteen thousand sixty seven euros and fifty cents).
