ANNOUNCEMENT

• Its shareholder and Non-Executive BoD member, Ms Aikaterini Saranti of Pantazis, proceeded on 29/08/07 to the purchase of 4,500 (four thousand and five hundred) common shares at the price of 9.70 euros (nine euros and seventy cents) of total value 43,650 euros (forty three thousand six hundred and fifty euros).
• Mr. Stathis Christopoulos son of Aggelos, shareholder and “Other Manager” (according to a.13 of the L.3340), proceeded on 29/08/07 to the disposal of 1,500 (one thousand and five hundred) common shares at the price of 9.82 euros (nine euros and eighty two cents) of total value 14,730 euros (fourteen thousand seven hundred and thirty euros).
