ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:
- Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on 06th September 2013 to the purchase of 630,000 common shares at the price of 4.80 euros of total value 3,024,000 euros.
- Mr. Evaggelos Kipriotis, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 06th September 2013 to the sale of 4,000 common shares at the price of 4.92 euros of total value 19,680 euros.

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, Group Legal Counsel, sold on February 9 th of 2026, 150 common shares at the average price of 14.
