ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Grigoris Sarantis son of Pantazis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 8/09/08 to the purchase of 494 (four hundred and ninety four) common shares at the price of 9.60 euros (nine euros and sixty cents) of total value 4,742.40 euros (four thousand seven hundred forty two euros and forty cents) and on 9/09/08 to the purchase of 1,000 (one thousand) common shares at the price of 9.52 euros (nine euros and fifty two cents) of total value 9,520 euros (nine thousand five hundred and twenty euros).
