ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE LAW 3556

ANNOUNCEMENT


The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 the following:

     - Mr. Gregory Sarantis son of Pantazis, Chairman of the BoD, proceeded on 12/09/07 to the disposal of 30,000 (thirty thousand) common shares at the price of 10.54 euros (ten euros and fifty four cents) of total value 316,238 euros (three hundred sixteen thousand and two hundred and thirty eight euros).

      - Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 11/09/07 to the disposal of 135,000 (one hundred and thirty five thousand) common shares at the price of 10.40 euros (ten euros and forty cents) of total value 1,404,000 euros (one million four hundred and four thousand euros) and on 12/09/07 to the disposal of 20,000 (twenty thousand) common shares at the price of 10.54 euros (ten euros and fifty four cents) of total value 210,800 euros (two hundred ten thousand and eight hundred euros).

      - The shareholder and Non-Executive BoD member, Ms Aikaterini Saranti of Pantazis, proceeded on 12/09/07 to the disposal of 50,000 (fifty thousand) common shares at the price of 10.54 euros (ten euros and fifty four cents) of total value 527,000 euros (five hundred and twenty seven thousand euros).

Release of Regulated Information: Transactions Notification

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and NonExecutive Member of the Board, proceeded on November 19th of 2025, as well as on November 21st of 2025 with the purchase of 27,000 common shares in total at the average price of 12.
