The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the BoD of the Group, proceeded on 12th September 2013 to the purchase of 2,500 common shares at the price of 5.24 euros of total value 13,101 euros.
- Mr. Antonis Ayiostratitis, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 12th September 2013 to the sale of 500 common shares at the price of 5.25 euros of total value 2,325 euros.
