ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 22/09/08 to the purchase of 2,547 (two thousand five hundred and forty seven) common shares at the price of 8.34 euros (eight euros and thirty four cents) of total value 21,236.86 euros (twenty one thousand two hundred thirty six euros and eighty six cents).
