ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE LAW 3556

        - Ms Elpiniki Saranti, who is closely related to Mr. Pantazis Sarantis, non-executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 20/09/07 to the disposal of 30,800 (thirty thousand and eight hundred) common shares at the price of 11 euros (eleven euros) of total value 338,800 euros (three hundred thirty eight thousand and eight hundred euros) and on 24/09/07 to the disposal of 74,200 (seventy four thousand and two hundred) common shares at the price of 11.50 euros (eleven euros and fifty cents) of total value 853,300 euros (eight hundred fifty three thousand and three hundred euros).

        - Mr. Gregory Sarantis son of Pantazis, Chairman of the BoD, proceeded on 21/09/07 to the disposal of 40,000 (forty thousand) common shares at the price of 11.50 euros (eleven euros and fifty cents) of total value 460,000 euros (four hundred and sixty thousand euros).

        - Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 21/09/07 to the disposal of 40,000 (forty thousand) common shares at the price of 11.50 euros (eleven euros and fifty cents) of total value 460,000 euros (four hundred and sixty thousand euros).

        - The shareholder and Non-Executive BoD member, Ms Aikaterini Saranti of Pantazis, proceeded on 21/09/07 to the disposal of 20,000 (twenty thousand) common shares at the price of 11.50 euros (eleven euros and fifty cents) of total value 230,000 euros (two hundred and thirty thousand euros).

        - The shareholder and Executive BoD member, Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou  son of Fokion, proceeded on 21/09/07 to the disposal of 700 (seven hundred) common shares at the price of 11.50 euros (eleven euros and fifty cents) of total value 8,050 euros (eight thousand and fifty euros).
