The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:
- Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on 23rd September 2013 to the purchase of 3,481 common shares at the average price of 5.40 euros of total value 18,788.99 euros.
- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on the dates 20th , 23rd and 24th of September 2013 to the sale of 1,000 common shares in total at the average price of 5.36 euros of total value 5,362.07 euros.
