ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE LAW 3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 29/09/11 to the purchase of 1,715 (one thousand seven hundred and fifteen) common shares at the price of 2.07 euros (two euros and seven cents) of total value 3,550.05 euros (three thousand five hundred and fifty euros and five cents) and on 30/09/11 to the purchase of 500 (five hundred) common shares at the price of 2.05 euros (two euros and five cents) of total value 1,025 euros (one thousand and twenty five euros).
