The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Ms. Androniki Syropoulou daughter of Stylianos, shareholder and “Other Manager” (according to a.13 of the L.3340), proceeded on 04/10/07 to the disposal of 1,700 (one thousand and seven hundred) common shares at the price of 11.96 euros (eleven euros and ninety six cents) of total value 20,332 euros (twenty thousand three hundred and thirty two euros).
