The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the shareholder and Executive BoD member, Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, proceeded on 25/10/07 to the disposal of 400 (four hundred) common shares at the price of 13.52 euros (thirty euros and fifty two cents) of total value 5,408 euros (five thousand four hundred and eight euros) and on 29/10/07 to the disposal of 300 (three hundred) common shares at the price of 14.06 euros (fourteen euros and six cents) of total value 4,218 euros (four thousand two and eighteen euros).
