ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE LAW 3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 the following:

-          Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 27/10/11 to the purchase of 2,540 (two thousand five hundred and forty) common shares at the price of 2.00 euros (two euro) of total value 5,080 euros (five thousand and eighty euros).

-          Mr. Vasileios Meintanis son of Dimitrios, shareholder and Chief Accountant of the Company proceeded on 27/10/11 to the purchase of 9,300 (nine thousand and three hundred) common shares at the average price of 2.05 euros (two euro and five cents) of total value 19,033.50 euros (ninety thousand thirty three euros and fifty cents).
