ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the shareholder and Executive BoD member, Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, proceeded on 30/10/09 to the purchase of 500 (five hundred) common shares at the price of 5.11 euros (five euros and eleven cents) of total value 2,555.20 euros (two thousand five hundred fifty five euros and twenty cents) and on 02/11/09 to the purchase of 250 (two hundred and fifty) common shares at the price of 4.97 euros (four euros and ninety seven cents) of total value 1,242.50 euros (one thousand two hundred forty two euros and fifty cents).
