The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that
- Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on 05/11/2013 to the sale of 40,000 common shares at the price of 5.90 euros of total value 236,000 euros and on 06/11/2013 to the sale of 35,000 common shares at the average price of 5.94 euros of total value 207,940 euros.
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 06/11/2013 to the sale of 47,584 common shares at the price of 5.96 euros of total value 283,559.04 euros.

Acquisition of Own Shares
GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting dated April 20th 2026, the Company proceeded on 7th August with the acquisition of 7,000 own shares at the average price of 15.
