ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the shareholder and Executive BoD member, Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, proceeded on 05/11/09 to the purchase of 350 (three hundred and fifty) common shares at the price of 4.96 euros (four euros and ninety six cents) of total value 1,736 euros (one thousand seven hundred and thirty six euros) and on 06/11/09 to the purchase of 450 (four hundred and fifty) common shares at the price of 5.19 euros (five euros and nineteen cents) of total value 2,335.50 euros (two thousand three hundred thirty five euros and fifty cents).
