The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:

- Mr. Antonis Ayiostratitis, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on November 06^th 2013 to the sale of 310 common shares at the price of 6.23 euros of total value 1,932.50 euros.

- Mr. Elias Philippou, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on November 07^th 2013 to the sale of 4,000 common shares at the price of 6.05 euros of total value 24,200 euros.

- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on November 06^th and 07^th 2013 to the sale of 1,030 common shares in total at the price of 6.07 euros of total value 6,258.34 euros.

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, Group Legal Counsel, sold on February 9 th of 2026, 150 common shares at the average price of 14.
