ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:
- Mr. Antonis Ayiostratitis, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on November 06th 2013 to the sale of 310 common shares at the price of 6.23 euros of total value 1,932.50 euros.
- Mr. Elias Philippou, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on November 07th 2013 to the sale of 4,000 common shares at the price of 6.05 euros of total value 24,200 euros.
- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on November 06th and 07th 2013 to the sale of 1,030 common shares in total at the price of 6.07 euros of total value 6,258.34 euros.

Acquisition of Own Shares
GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting dated April 20th 2026, the Company proceeded on 7th August with the acquisition of 7,000 own shares at the average price of 15.
