The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that
- Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on 12/11/2013 to the sale of 25,000 common shares at the price of 6.23 euros of total value 155,750 euros and on 13/11/2013 to the sale of 25,000 common shares at the price of 6.23 euros of total value 155,750 euros.
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 12/11/2013 to the sale of 25,000 common shares at the price of 6.23 euros of total value 155,750 euros and on 13/11/2013 to the sale of 25,000 common shares at the price of 6.23 euros of total value 155,750 euros.
- Mr. Dimitris Haikalis, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 12/11/2013 to the sale of 2,000 common shares at the price of 6.40 euros of total value 12,799.49 euros.
