The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Vasileios Meintanis son of Dimitrios, shareholder and Chief Accountant of the Company proceeded on 15/11/11 to the purchase of 3,031 (three thousand and thirty one) common shares at the average price of 1.88 euros (one euro and eighty eight cents) of total value 5,698.28 euros (five thousand six hundred ninety eight euros and twenty eight cents).
