The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that:
- Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on 14/11/2013 to the sale of 15,000 common shares at the price of 6.30 euros of total value 94,530 euros.
- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 14/11/2013 to the sale of 500 common shares in at the price of 6.29 euros of total value 3,145 euros.
