The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:
- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 15/11/12 to the sale of 5,111 common shares at the price of 3.03 euros of total value 15,486.33 euros.
- Mr. Antonios Agiostratitis son of Miltiadis, “Other Manager” of the Company, proceeded on 15/11/12 to the sale of 9,489 common shares at the price of 3.05 euros of total value 28,956.45 euros.
