The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:

  • Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 15/11/12 to the sale of 5,111 common shares at the price of 3.03 euros of total value 15,486.33 euros.
  • Mr. Antonios Agiostratitis son of Miltiadis, “Other Manager” of the Company, proceeded on 15/11/12 to the sale of 9,489 common shares at the price of 3.05 euros of total value 28,956.45 euros.

Acquisition of Own Shares

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting dated April 20th 2026, the Company proceeded on 7th August with the acquisition of 7,000 own shares at the average price of 15.
