The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:
- Mr. Vasileios Meintanis son of Dimitrios, shareholder and Chief Accountant of the Company proceeded on 16/11/12 to the sale of 1,629 common shares at the average price of 3.14 euros of total value 5,115.06 euros.
- Mr. Antonios Agiostratitis son of Miltiadis, “Other Manager” of the Company, proceeded on 16/11/12 to the sale of 18,500 common shares at the price of 3.15 euros of total value 58,251.60 euros.
