The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:

  • Mr. Vasileios Meintanis son of Dimitrios, shareholder and Chief Accountant of the Company proceeded on 16/11/12 to the sale of 1,629 common shares at the average price of 3.14 euros of total value 5,115.06 euros.
  • Mr. Antonios Agiostratitis son of Miltiadis, “Other Manager” of the Company, proceeded on 16/11/12 to the sale of 18,500 common shares at the price of 3.15 euros of total value 58,251.60 euros.

Release of Regulated Information: Transactions Notification

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, Group Legal Counsel, sold on February 9 th of 2026, 150 common shares at the average price of 14.
