ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE LAW 3556

ANNOUNCEMENT

 

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:

  • Mr. Vasileios Meintanis son of Dimitrios, shareholder and Chief Accountant of the Company proceeded on 19/11/12 to the sale of 36,402 common shares at the average price of 3.15 euros of total value 114,666.30 euros.
  • Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 19/11/12 to the sale of 9,000 common shares at the average price of 3.23 euros  of total value 29,100 euros.

Acquisition of Own Shares

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting dated April 20th 2026, the Company proceeded on 7th August with the acquisition of 7,000 own shares at the average price of 15.
