SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mrs. Elpiniki Saranti, person connected to the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis, proceeded on 20/11/09 to the purchase of 3,000 (three thousand) common shares at the price of 4.76 euros (four euros and seventy six cents) of total value 14,280 euros (forteen thousand two hundred and eighty euros) and on 23/11/09 to the purchase of 2,000 (two thousand) common shares at the price of 4.77 euros (four euros and seventy seven cents) of total value 9,541.88 euros (nine thousand five hundred forty one euros and eighty eight cents).
