ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:
- Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 28/11/12 to the sale of 34,630 common shares at the average price of 3.40 euros of total value 117,742 euros.
- Mr. Antonios Agiostratitis son of Miltiadis, “Other Manager” of the Company, proceeded on 28/11/12 to the sale of 3,685 common shares at the price of 3.36 euros of total value 12,372.64 euros.
